Le MeriteTactical & Defence Solutions

Capabilities

Integrated by design.

An integrated textile manufacturer with capabilities across yarn, fabrics and technical textiles — weaving, processing, coating, lamination and R&D under one operating structure.

06Fabric to finished product

Yarn to final application

An integrated textile manufacturer with capabilities across yarn, fabrics and technical textiles — each stage handled as part of one continuous engineering sequence.

01

Yarn

Yarn selection and sourcing across polyester, nylon and recycled or bio-based options.

02

Weaving

Woven fabric construction, including high-density and ripstop architectures.

03

Pre-Treatment

Continuous and semi-continuous pretreatment preparing fabric for colour and finish.

04

Dyeing

Dyeing lines for consistent shade across large production runs.

05

Printing

Printing capability for customised and branded fabric programmes.

06

Finishing

Functional finishing: repellency, hand-feel, easy care and performance finishes.

07

Coating

PU, TPU and PVC coating for water resistance, structure and surface durability.

08

Lamination

Lamination for multi-layer technical textile constructions.

09

Final Application

Fabric delivered to luggage, bag, apparel and technical textile manufacturing.

Rooftop solar generation

Multi-fuel utility operating on rice husk, bagasse and briquettes / cleaner fuels.

Effluent is handled through a 1000 KL/day ETP alongside 5.0 ML CETP capacity, operating on a zero liquid discharge basis. Approximately 0.8 MW of rooftop solar generation supplements the plant's energy requirement.
